Evelyn Fraire has trained and worked for the past 17 years in the nonprofit sector, most recently she serves as the Operations Manager at Community Outreach Medical Center, the only general medicine clinic that also provides HIV/AIDS primary care, Medical Case Management, and Nutrition Education to low/no income individuals and has the most affordable Prenatal Care program in Southern Nevada.
She previously ran an Immunization program for the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program, increasing immunizations rates in children by 90%. She also assisted in overseeing a case load of over 16,000 individuals at twelve W.I.C Centers and three community clinics that taught nutrition education and reduced the morbidity rate and low birth weight in newborns.
Evelyn is a huge advocate for children with special needs partially because one her sons has several disabilities. She volunteers in several committees and community events for homeless teens, suicide prevention, children with autism, children with cancer, individuals with HIV/AIDS, and families who experience losing infants during birth. Evelyn was born in Los Angeles and raised in North Hollywood, California.
She currently resides in Las Vegas Nevada where she is working towards her MBA. Her hobbies include muscle cars, yoga, and exploring nature with her two boys that serve as her motivation for her to continue to show compassion and love to all who need it.
